- Deliveries above AED 400 are provided at no cost. If an item is valued less than AED 400, customers have the option of between standard or expedited delivery. The first delivery fee is AED 30. Extra fees will be noted at the checkout based on the service you choose.
- Shipments marked "Signature required" are not produced by the business. Customers are responsible for having someone present to accept packages when they are mailed.
- Modification of the shipping address is not feasible. We will only ship to the mailing address you gave us when you made the purchase. There is no refund for shipping expenses. The first shipping charge will be deducted from your return.
- The courier will deliver your package once you have paid the entire invoice amount and have shown your passport or Emirates ID.
