The new model has been well-received by customers as it provides the requested innovation of faster charging times. With this new model, users no longer need to spend as much time charging while enjoying their morning coffee or during work breaks. The holder can now be ready for the first Heet in half of the regular charging time compared to older models, and even fully charged for two Heets in just 3.5 minutes.

The IQOS 3 is a three-part system that includes a holder, pocket charger, and HEETS tobacco stick. Once the tobacco stick is finished, users can place the holder back in the pocket charger, and within a few minutes, the holder will be fully charged again.

  • In Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman, orders placed by 5 p.m. can be delivered the same day. Delivery of more orders the following day.
  • Delivery, barring federal holidays, seven days a week.
  • We will make every effort to dispatch your order the same day or the next day. The shipment may be delayed due to an emergency or a significant weather occurrence.
  • Deliveries above AED 200 are provided at no cost. If an item is valued less than AED 200, customers have the option of between standard or expedited delivery. The first delivery fee is AED 30. Extra fees will be noted at the checkout based on the service you choose.
  • Shipments marked "Signature required" are not produced by the business. Customers are responsible for having someone present to accept packages when they are mailed.
  • Modification of the shipping address is not feasible. We will only ship to the mailing address you gave us when you made the purchase. There is no refund for shipping expenses. The first shipping charge will be deducted from your return.
  • The courier will deliver your package once you have paid the entire invoice amount and have shown your passport or Emirates ID.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you place an order when you are not of legal age, you will undoubtedly lose your money.
Refund Policy

The buyer is eligible for a refund if the packing was undamaged.
The customer should just pay AED 30 for courier services.
We make every effort to send your order by noon on the next business day. The shipment may be delayed due to an emergency or a significant weather occurrence.
